We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Analytics Senior Manager to lead analytical initiatives that support the marketing organization. The successful candidate will oversee performance analysis, sales forecasting and pricing measurement to provide actionable insights that optimize marketing investments and drive business growth. This individual will play a critical role in implementing data-driven decision-making and ensuring the marketing team has the analytical support needed to succeed.

This position is based in Miami, FL and is in the office 5 days a week.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze topline (sales and traffic) and profit results across our restaurant base
  • Assess promotional activity, including topline, product mix, guest segmentation and geographic results using internal and third-party software
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive activity to provide context for business performance and inform brand strategy.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and internal data sources to deliver cohesive reporting and insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts for Tim Horton’s US using advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
  • Leverage historical sales data, market trends, and external factors to enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to refine forecasts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Enhance pricing models and provide recommendations on menu pricing strategies.
  • Monitor competitive pricing, socioeconomic trends, and consumer response to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Assess pricing impacts on sales and traffic to support Owners, Field Teams, and broader strategic planning.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure robust data ingestion, validation, and reporting processes.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and visualization tools to track business performance.
  • Ensure analytics platforms and tools support reliable, accurate, and timely decision-making.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and analytics teams to deliver holistic performance insights.
  • Derive insights, generate strategies, and present to leadership in a clear and compelling manner
  • Manage external vendors and agencies to expand analytical capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years in marketing or business analytics, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Analytics) preferred.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, such as performance analysis, sales forecasting and pricing.
  • Strong experience with SQL, large datasets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).
  • Experience in QSR, food & beverage, retail, or other consumer-facing industries preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with adaptability and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
