This position is integral to assisting with new and existing product pricing for the Tim Hortons brand, and takes full responsibility for performing pricing analysis and providing pricing recommendations, in addition to ad-hoc analyses and projects. This position works cross-functionally with multiple departments to execute pricing strategy decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for providing pricing analysis & recommendations for the Tim Hortons Supply Chain across Canada, US, and International markets

· Works cross-functionally across multiple departments to provide pricing support on new product pipeline for the Tim Hortons brand

· Performs industry benchmarking and presents comprehensive analyses with pricing recommendations for approval from Finance leadership

· Responsible for communicating pricing decisions to the Tim Hortons brand leadership

· Performs strategic margin and pricing analysis to support business initiatives

· Maintains financial models to support pricing execution

· Proactively identifies opportunities to optimize processes

Skills and Experience:

· University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or other quantitative field

· 1 year of previous Finance experience

· Financial modeling ability and experience is an asset

· Strong analytical, organizational and computer skills, including experience with database and spreadsheet programs

· Highly proficient with MS Office applications. Must be an advanced user in Excel with in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas, charting, and pivot tables (and associated formulas)

· Familiarity with SAP is an asset

· Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to learn and be challenged

· Self-motivated and a self-starter

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization, including senior executives

· Ability to function independently and effectively in a team environment

· Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
