We are looking for a Manager, Market Test Analytics to join our Insights & Analytics Team based in Miami, FL. The Manager, Market Test Analytics will be responsible for supporting and providing recommendations to Burger King US leadership on our national business strategy, through analyzing market test performance across sales, profit, and operations. In addition, the Manager, Market Test Analytics is responsible for managing and maintaining marketing reports across Burger King US and providing support to Field Teams on local marketing efforts.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all Market Test by analyzing performance and providing recommendations to senior leaders through thorough understanding of sales, traffic, profitability, product mix, and operational impact
- Responsible for partnering with key teams (Category, Merchandising, Media) by providing guidance and playing a leadership role in strategic planning prior to recommendation Market Test launches
- Synthesize data and analysis to generate actionable insights to solve complex problems and inform corporate strategy
- Identify local opportunities to help drive and maximize restaurant performance
- Manage internal marketing reports to help identify opportunities and provide robust insights to local field teams
- Work with BI and IT teams to automate and maintain reporting, consistent with accounting and RBI policies
- Manage a team of 2 Analysts that are responsible for supporting all team’s key functions and adhoc requests from the Director of Sales Planning & Restaurant Analytics
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally focused in Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or related field
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and BI Tools (i.e., Tableau, Alteryx)
- Highly proficient in the manipulation and analysis of data and working with large data sets
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL, capable of conducting complex data analysis to drive business decisions.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects; skilled in interacting effectively under difficult circumstances and tight deadlines; skilled in analyzing relevant data and supporting decision making
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
