Job Summary:
The ideal candidate brings strong public speaking skills, emotional intelligence, adaptability, analytical thinking, and a strong grasp of industry trends. They should be proficient in sales, computer applications, basic math, and negotiation. Spanish language skills are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the annual employee fundraising campaign, including campaign strategy, volunteer recruitment and management, individual and group solicitations, and cultivation of donor and sponsor relationships.
  • Conduct public speaking engagements for employees, franchisees, and leadership to inspire engagement and giving.
  • Analyze and leverage data to inform fundraising strategy, ensuring accurate and effective use of Blackbaud to maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and field teams to drive alignment and impact.
  • Forecast, monitor, and report on key fundraising metrics and progress; ensure brand alignment across sponsorship and event initiatives.
  • Partner with Foundation team to develop the strategic vision, management, and marketing of regional programs and events with strong engagement and giving components.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, planning, relationship management, marketing, and execution of fundraising initiatives.
  • Develop and implement best practices in fundraising to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Create and execute an international engagement strategy for top markets outside of the U.S.
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly touchpoints with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, relevant communication.
  • Meet and exceed outreach activity metrics, participation goals, revenue targets, and pipeline benchmarks.
  • Demonstrate donor impact through ongoing engagement and communication, including event invitations and volunteer opportunities.
  • Solicit new, renewed, and upgraded donations through targeted outreach.
  • Create tailored communications for distinct donor segments.
  • Manage the Foundation’s website, annual report, and social media platforms to maintain alignment with brand messaging and strategic goals.
  • Identify, vet, and recommend local nonprofit organizations for potential sponsorship and volunteer partnerships to support community engagement goals.
  • Design and develop marketing and promotional materials as needed, ensuring alignment with Foundation brand standards.
  • Maintain and expand legacy donor portfolio; assist the Executive Director in identifying and cultivating new legacy donors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three to five years’ experience in sales presentation skills, account management, fundraising and volunteer management.
  • Technology Requirements: Word, Internet Explorer, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Canva and Blackbaud.
  • Other Essential Knowledge/Skills: Public speaking, understanding of people, ability to adapt to changing situations, ability to understand and analyze industry trends, sales ability, computer skills, basic math skills, and negotiation skills. Spanish language not a requirement but helpful.
