Job overview:
The Procurement Senior Manager is responsible for managing key food and packaging categories across Asia Pacific for all RBI brands. This role involves developing innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, leading vendor negotiations for cost-saving initiatives, and supporting franchisees during their entry into new markets. Additionally, this position collaborates closely with internal functions, including Field Operations, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Global Supply Chain, to execute strategic projects effectively. The role also includes managing and mentoring junior team members. As part of the RBI APAC Procurement team, the Procurement Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic sourcing excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
· Sourcing Strategy: Develop and continuously refine comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned categories of Food, Packaging, and CAPEX.
· Tender Execution: Manage and execute complete tender processes as required, ensuring competitive sourcing outcomes.
· Cost Optimization: Lead collaborative workstreams with RBI field teams, franchisees, and suppliers to identify and implement opportunities to optimize sourcing and reduce overall food costs in specific markets in the region.
· Supplier and Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, consistently driving improvements in supplier performance related to cost efficiency, service quality, and innovation.
· Project Management: Guide and assist franchisees in establishing robust supply chains during brand market entry.
· Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentorship to 1-2 direct reports within the APAC Procurement team, fostering professional growth and achieving team objectives.

· Team Management: Establish robust governance for work and project plans, effectively manage team performance, and delegate responsibilities to maximize team productivity and professional development.
· General Business Acumen: Employ comprehensive business management knowledge to drive strategic decisions impacting cross-functional teams, franchise partners, and external vendors.
Your experiences:
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
· At least 5 years of professional experience
· Preferred experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, FMCG or related field
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Experience with SAP would be a plus
