Responsibilities:
· IT Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for corporate IT categories, including hardware, software, cloud services, telecom, and IT professional services.
· Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors, negotiating pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
· Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Lead negotiations for IT contracts, ensuring favorable terms, cost savings, and compliance with legal and company policies.
· Budget & Cost Optimization: Partner with Finance to manage IT spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT leadership and business units to align procurement strategies with technology roadmaps and business needs.
· Risk & Vendor Performance Management: Assess vendor risks, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement in IT procurement processes.
· Technology & Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT procurement and supplier management.
· Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee contract renewals, software license management, and cloud subscription agreements to prevent cost overruns and ensure compliance.
· Procurement Process Improvement: Drive automation and efficiency in IT procurement workflows, leveraging e-procurement tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPSM is a plus.
· Experience: Minimum 5+ years of IT procurement experience, with a strong background in software, hardware, cloud services, SaaS, and IT professional services sourcing.
· Contract Negotiation Expertise: Proven ability to negotiate complex IT contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Software Licensing Agreements (SLAs), and SaaS contracts.
· Financial & Cost Management: Strong understanding of IT budgeting, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and cost optimization strategies.
· Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
