We’re seeking a strategic and highly motivated Manager to join our People team in Miami. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and scaling enterprise-wide talent initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, career pathing, and employee engagement. You will work across global teams and functions to evolve our Talent Philosophy and design high-impact programs that drive growth, foster inclusion, and fuel our culture of ownership and meritocracy.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, and 360 feedback
  • Act as a subject matter expert and program manager for enterprise-wide talent initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities and scalability across brands and markets
  • Partner with People Business Partners, L&D, HR Ops, and business leaders to embed talent practices into day-to-day operations and equip leaders with tools and insights to manage and grow their people
  • Drive enterprise-wide succession planning efforts, including readiness assessments, development moves, and integration with business strategy and org design
  • Champion the employee experience by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of employee assessments, development plans, and follow-ups—delivering actionable insights and tools to enhance performance and engagement
  • Serve as the talent product owner for Workday Talent modules (preferred), supporting configuration, optimization, and end-user experience improvements
  • Prepare crisp, clear, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders and company-wide communications that tell a compelling story using data, visuals, and narrative structure
  • Develop and deliver trainings, toolkits, and resources to build people leader capability in performance feedback, talent conversations, and growth planning
  • Use internal and external data to provide analysis, measure impact, and inform strategic decisions across all talent initiatives
  • Ensure all talent processes support inclusive leadership, development equity, and a culture of feedback and accountability

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years’ experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field
  • Proven experience managing enterprise talent programs, including performance, succession, or leadership development
  • Experience with Workday Talent Suite or similar HRIS systems is a preferred qualification
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to create polished, high-impact decks for senior and company-wide audiences; confident presenter
  • Excellent project management skills with a bias for action and ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect talent practices to business strategy and organizational design
  • Analytical thinker with experience using data to generate insights and measure program effectiveness
  • Collaborative, relationship-oriented, and able to influence across levels and functions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and iterative problem-solving
