Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world.

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories.

RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.

RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.

We’re looking for a People Analytics Manager to help elevate RBI’s talent strategy through data-driven insights and impactful storytelling. This role will lead high-impact analytics projects, scale self-service reporting, and deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders.

You’ll also manage a Sr. Analyst and play a key role in strengthening our data-first culture across the People team. You'll design and execute initiatives spanning the full employee lifecycle—including talent acquisition, internal mobility, performance, engagement, and retention. Proficiency in Python is required, as you'll work hands-on to automate, analyze, and build scalable tools. Experience with Workday Report Writer is strongly preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end people analytics projects—from scoping to delivery—across dashboards, KPIs, predictive models, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Define and track core talent metrics, translating business needs into analytical solutions in partnership with HR leadership
  • Contribute to executive and board-level materials, using data to support workforce planning and decision-making
  • Manage and coach a Sr. Analyst, building skills in reporting, data preparation, and storytelling
  • Design, develop, and optimize HR dashboards and self-service tools (e.g., One Model), ensuring accuracy, usability, and impact
  • Oversee Workday reporting, including calculated fields, and collaborate with HR Tech on data governance
  • Use Python to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets; build repeatable workflows and automate reporting
  • Provide insights across the employee lifecycle, translating data into clear narratives that highlight the "so what" and "now what"
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs, shape strategy, and present insights with clarity
  • Continuously improve data quality, reporting processes, and infrastructure to expand analytics capabilities
  • Support ad-hoc reporting needs, ensuring workflows are documented, repeatable, and timely
  • Oversee delivery of standard reports, regulatory submissions, and SOX controls with accuracy and consistency

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, HR Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Python is required, including use for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling
  • Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Workday Report Writer strongly preferred; familiarity with One Model is a plus
  • Skilled in data visualization and dashboarding (e.g., One Model, Power BI); strong storytelling skills with data
  • Experience training or enabling HR teams on dashboards and metric interpretation is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to frame insights for senior audiences
  • Detail-oriented with strong project ownership and discretion handling sensitive data
  • Able to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and navigating ambiguity with clarity
