Job Overview:

As Senior Manager of Innovation & Brand Strategy at Burger King, you will shape the evolution of our portfolio by seamlessly integrating deep consumer insights with disciplined commercial rigor.

Drawing on your entrepreneurial drive, analytical expertise, and brand management experience, you will own the full innovation lifecycle—from uncovering new category opportunities and validating concepts through structured research to driving successful launches and ongoing optimization—while cultivating strategic partnerships that expedite time to market and amplify our global brand equity.

Your roles and responsibilities:

  • Own Portfolio Strategy: Define and execute a data-driven portfolio strategy for emerging categories, balancing clear consumer insights with robust business objectives.
  • Project Leadership: Serve as the project lead—developing roadmaps, aligning with both internal and external key stakeholders, and driving milestones to successful launch and scale.
  • Consumer & Market Validation: Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., focus groups, segmentation analyses, market sizing) to test hypotheses, uncover unmet needs, and validate product concepts.
  • Partnership Development: Build and sustain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and technology providers to monitor trends, source innovations, and accelerate time to market.

Your experience & skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, Business Administration, Strategy, or related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 8 years in brand marketing and innovation leadership—ideally with regional/global exposure in FMCG or QSR.
  • Innovation Expertise: Hands-on experience running the full innovation cycle—from ideation and prototyping to scale-up and post-launch optimization—delivering tangible business growth and stronger brand equity.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead and energize diverse stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and removing roadblocks.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent storytelling skills—both written and verbal—paired with strong interpersonal savvy.
  • Languages: Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.

Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness. We offer unique and progressive benefits, including a comprehensive global paid parental leave program that supports employees as they expand their families, free telemedicine and mental wellness support.
