The Sr. Manager, Field Marketing will lead a team of Field Marketing Managers in creating and executing impactful local marketing strategies. This role is essential to fostering community engagement, enhancing brand presence, and driving sales in key Designated Market Areas (DMAs). The Sr. Manager will collaborate closely with franchisees to align local initiatives with national brand objectives, providing strategic guidance and support to optimize market share and strengthen local brand love.

Job Overview:
Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic and data-driven Marketing Senior Manager to drive local marketing strategies for our Firehouse Subs brand in Latin America, being part of our Latin America/Caribbean business unit. In this role you will work in partnership with our global and regional teams, franchisees and external partners to define and deliver the Product and Menu Strategy for the region, develop Communication Strategy for each market and lead the construction of the Firehouse Subs brand equity in the region. While Firehouse Subs is a part of Restaurant Brands International, we act similarly to a high growth start-up within a global multi-billion-dollar business, combining the best of an entrepreneurial culture with the breadth and depth of a leading global company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Firehouse Subs brand equity in the Latin American region, supported by global and regional teams; work together with franchisees to increase brand awareness and ultimately drive traffic to the stores

• Support the entrance of the Firehouse Subs brand in new markets in the region, including onboarding of new franchisees, training and building the right foundation for a strong start

• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal partners (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance) and work with external suppliers to bring products to market or resolve issues with existing products

• Implement Culinary briefs across the region, managing project planning and partnering with Franchisees and suppliers to build, adapt and approve menu

• Drive regional initiatives to maximize synergy between markets and optimize cost, on base products as well as new innovations

• Partner with Local Franchisees and Media Houses to create and execute effective communication & media strategies

• Influence important marketing decisions by making data-driven recommendations across all product categories

• Support the analysis of promotions, marketing programs, and new product introductions and effectively measures their success

Travel

Position will necessitate ad-hoc travel 50%+ to countries throughout the LAC region.

Desired Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, others acceptable if other requirements are met

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Consumer Marketing/Innovation in a food manufacturing company, in the restaurant industry or in an FMCG company
  • Strong knowledge of Consumer Marketing and Consumer Insights
  • Strong comfort with proficiency in Analytics and creative problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience of media planning, buying and optimization would be beneficial
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required); experience with SQL, R, Python, and Power BI is an asset.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Start-up mentality, eager to move quickly, act autonomously, and work with a lean team.
  • Passionate advocate for exceptional guest experiences and customer loyalty.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and relate to franchise owners, team members, agencies, and everyone in between

Language Skills:

  • Written and verbal proficiency within both English and Spanish languages are required.
