About the Team

The Franchise Development Analyst APAC is part of the Finance team in APAC and oversees the restaurant and franchise development for all Restaurant Brands International brands in APAC.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the consolidation of restaurant development results and forecasts across the APAC region

  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year figures, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Lead preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance presentations for review by senior management

  • Lead strategic market planning analysis to support new restaurant growth and generate potential action plans

  • Maintain tracking of openings and remodel commitments, and performance of such by franchisee

  • Create all development related processes to roll up to global development in Miami / Toronto

  • Interact with multiple stakeholders, both within the organization and externally, to drive development results

Required Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required

  • Less than 2 years of working experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Demonstrates effective communication (both oral and written), influencing and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package is required

  • Demonstrates high level of analytical problem solving skills

  • Has a flair for challenging the status quo and innovating work processes

  • Demonstrates honesty, high integrity, personal accountability and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth
