Job Overview:

The Sr. Analyst, Brand Marketing will be an integral part of the Brand team working closely with all Marketing teams: Merchandising, Field, Calendar & Category, Analytics & Insights, Digital, and Legal, in addition to creative agencies, and PR. This individual is responsible for supporting the brand across multiple channels, helping to manage creative deliverable projects on a daily internal and external basis, act as a liaison between agencies in providing feedback, among other tasks.

As part of this role, this person will support brand campaigns, draft briefs for agencies against business objectives, review analytics/insights, communicate with key stakeholders cross-functionally, and overall support marketing tactics that drives brand love, awareness, consideration, and conversion in a restaurant environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the larger marketing team, and cross-functional internal teams to understand business objectives, timelines, communications frameworks, and ensure high-quality and cohesion across creative deliverables.
  • Assist in creative development of brand campaign materials by helping to manage day-to-day execution that includes briefing, providing clear feedback to agency partners, routing items for reviews/approvals, timeline management, and budgeting/invoicing payments for vendor/agency-related work, etc.
  • Help plan and execute content shoots, including budgeting, food orders, creative concepting with the agency, etc.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow the audience and improve brand awareness.
  • Assist field marketing managers with ad hoc local marketing requests.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in-house or agency brand experience (or relevant work experience)
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks and projects effectively within a defined timeline
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Exhibits strong attention-to-detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to judge creative and articulate constructive feedback to both internal and external partners in service of the creative vision
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environments
    • Must have the ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences
