This role will be responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of the Marketing Board meetings and communications, and supporting internal and franchisee communications for the Firehouse Subs Marketing Board. This role will help translate brand priorities to connect dots across teams and make communications more impactful and effective.


  • Play integral role in supporting and planning the logistics of all board and committee meetings, both in-person and virtual
  • Support marketing team meetings, coordinate content and support key stakeholders as needed
  • Develop, draft, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Liaise with Marketing team leadership to document Advisory Committee recommendations and follow ups
  • Support management of annual board budget

Skills & Requirements:

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree of diploma in Communications and/or a related field
  • 1-3 years’ applicable experience
  • Strong organizational and work management skills
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; able to effectively manage internal and external audiences
