Firehouse Subs is undergoing an exciting digital transformation. Five years ago, digital sales were less than 5% of our business. Today, we are nearly at 50% and on our way to a 100% digital. We are hiring a Product Manager, Delivery, to lead our efforts on first and third-party delivery.

Reporting to the Third-Party Delivery Director, this role will be pivotal in managing 3p party order management platform, and growth across the delivery vendors.

You will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution and management of 3p delivery and manage the user experience and growth on our 3p partners as well as improving the Franchisee experience utilizing our ordering platform partner. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, alongside our technology providers and franchisees, to ensure the success of our initiatives.


  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy for our first and third-party delivery channels in close collaboration with Marketing and Profitability teams. Analyze results and adapt strategy based on data-driven decisions.
  • Manage User Experience and Menu set up across third-party delivery channels.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives and valuable franchisee insights of our Enterprise Ordering Platform partner.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Operations, Restaurant Technology, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Lead build, buy, partner technology decisions. Manage technology providers and deliver excellent solutions on a predictable timeline.
  • Manage franchisee committees, building relationships with franchisees and gathering valuable input on digital projects.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership, including our Brand President, and our franchise advisory board

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 4 years of product management experience, preferably in the restaurant or technology industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, or sciences
  • Ability to gather insights from data; SQL, Tableau or Looker experience
  • Vendor management, including selection and contract negotiations
  • Experience working with order aggregation and dispatching platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and franchise systems
