Job Overview:

People Analytics is a crucial team within the People organization that focuses on collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data across a wide variety of topics including Talent Acquisition, Engagement, D&I, Performance, Development and Exit.

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, People Analytics to help us further push the evolution of the People Analytics and HR Tech function. Through collaboration both within and outside the People team you will be responsible for identifying trends and opportunities through data analysis, creating easy-to-read dashboards while also supporting self-service initiatives for HR. You will work cross-functionally to find innovative solutions for process improvement and People-related business problems using data and technology. In this role, you will have experience in analysis of complex data sets and engage in dynamic workforce storytelling to interpret the “so what” and “now what” behind the information.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver analytics at scale: Dashboards, Reporting, Metrics/KPIs, Business insights.
  • Maintain People Analytics routines, including monthly presentations, trainings, scheduled reports etc.
  • Partner with internal / external stakeholders to develop and understand requirements for reporting requests, data structures, and reporting limitations.
  • Validate core SOX controls and generate government required reports.
  • Support the development and enhancement of automated solutions within the team to drive efficiency and long-term success.
  • Oversee our People Analytics inbox by addressing ad-hoc reporting and metric-related questions.
  • Maintain reporting governance practices by guiding HR stakeholders on the proper usage of our HR systems and data governance principles.
  • Use a variety of established quantitative and qualitative methods (including surveys, focus groups, database mining, external benchmarking, etc.) to gather, analyze, and interpret People data working across multiple data sources.
  • Develop and maintain process maps and other documentation related to People Analytics processes and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma Required
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings from large datasets into meaningful insights
  • Adheres to timelines and prioritizes effectively to ensure timely deliverables
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Self-starter with a high level of discretion with highly sensitive / confidential data
  • Hands on experience in dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., One Model, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Thrives in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Deep understanding of HR technology, systems, data, and reporting would be an asset
