Our Opportunity:

Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Manager, Pricing to join our Marketing Analytics Team based in Jacksonville, FL. The Manager, Pricing will be responsible for the development and optimization of Firehouse Subs’ in-house pricing guidance model and takes full responsibility for performing pricing analysis and providing pricing recommendations to our restaurants, in addition to ad-hoc analyses and projects. Key position requirements include strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and presentation skills while working cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and execution of the overall Firehouse pricing strategy
  • Develop and enhance the pricing model by leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven techniques to improve pricing strategies
  • Calculate food cost, provide pricing recommendations and conduct profitability analyses on upcoming LTOs, new products, national launches and/or promotions
  • Analyze pricing data to provide insights into pricing trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes, contributing to informed pricing decisions
  • Create and maintain price elasticity model for all menu items at all hierarchy levels
  • Focus on the day-to-day operational aspects of pricing direction, working directly with franchisees and field teams in providing tactical pricing guidance
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the pricing model and execution, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members and stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer support
  • Problem solving

Technical-skill Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in pricing execution, revenue management, or a comparable position.
  • Strong analytical, and computer skills, including experience with database and spreadsheet programs.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications. Must be an advanced user in Excel with in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas, charting, and pivot tables (and associated formulas)
  • Experience with SQL highly preferred.
  • Comfortable with developing and running regression models
