Manager, Off Premise Marketing, FHS, US&C, FHS, US&C - Jacksonville
Our Opportunity: Reporting to the VP Format Innovation and Catering, this position plays a key role in the development of a best-in-class catering platform for Firehouse Subs. This individual will be responsible for the development and management of the catering menu and packaging in collaboration with Innovation and Culinary teams. This individual is responsible for bringing concepts, backed by industry research, to reality, and ultimately creating a catering marketing calendar in collaboration with catering operations. This individual will work cross functionally with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of catering initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test catering product and packaging concepts for future calendar deployment in conjunction with the culinary and innovation team
- Conduct industry research to guide innovation, product and packaging decisions
- Incorporate product feedback from operations and guest feedback to improve catering product and packaging quality
- Manage marketing execution roll-outs to ensure seamlessness from concept to deployment
- Analyze data (Sales, Product Satisfaction, Catering Visits, profitability) to identify product & packaging opportunities and apply problem solving methodology to create solutions
- Leverage internal & external data sources to understand market trends, market share, demographics, consumer preferences and price positioning
- Build & update dashboards and reporting on key satisfaction metrics
- Research and development of new product in collaboration with innovation and calendar planning
- Create and present business learnings for internal stakeholders, including RBI leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Restaurant or Catering marketing experience
- Market research data tools (NPD, IRI, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to synthesize learnings and create decks for executive and cross functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities=
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Comfortable in giving presentations to large audiences
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple task
- Willingness to take on new projects and initiatives
- Possess a responsible, detail-oriented, results-driven work ethic
- Is a Firehouse Subs Ambassador at all times
