Our Opportunity:

Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Sr. Manager, Sourcing (Franchise Sales) to join our Tim Hortons US Franchising & Business Development Team based in Miami, FL. The Senior Manager, Sourcing (Franchise Sales) leads the effort to grow the Tim Hortons US footprint with new franchisees. This includes sourcing new franchisees and building a bench of potential future franchisees. This role leads the initial diligence and internal approval process as well as creating a franchise sales strategy and effective marketing resources to increase new partner interest.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business unit leaders in developing and executing development strategy for long-term growth of the Tim Hortons brand
  • Develop and execute a strategy to attract the highest quality prospective franchisees, marketing the opportunity externally
  • Perform daily CRM and database management inputting and tracking lead throughout the business development process, including the processing and vetting of franchisee applications
  • Conduct due diligence on prospective candidates and partners, including in-person Discovery Days with prospective franchisees and in-market visits of prospective franchisees’ existing operations
  • Liaise between Development, Development Analytics, Franchising, Business Development and Field Operations teams to gather necessary insights for market dynamics and franchisee due diligence
  • Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally to executive level leadership

Required Skills:

  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree
  • Years of experience 4-6
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organization and project management skills
  • Excel and online database management
  • PowerPoint and presentation structuring
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments to collect variety of data to incorporate into market planning analyses
  • Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth
