What You’ll Do

  • HR Administration: The first point of contact for all HR inquiries and manage employee records.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process from selection, job offer signing, background checks and new hire enrolments
  • HRIS Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date data for all employees and conduct regular audits of the data.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processes, manage employee benefit programs, and liaise with benefit providers.
  • Hiring Support: Coordinate with hiring managers on open roles and facilitate the candidate life-cycle to onboarding.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Support compliance by ensuring legal and regulatory documents are filed and provided on time.
  • Culture and Environment: Nurture a positive working environment and act as a ‘culture ambassador’ across the company.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in HR with knowledge of onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in both written and spoken English), proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software, excellent organizational skills.
  • Attributes: Independent work ethic, collaborative approach, calm under pressure, attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive attitude.

Work is performed indoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Some tasks may be required to be performed outdoors.
