About the Team

The New Initiatives Lead will be part of the infrastructure team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to successfully manage special projects. The New Initiative Lead will be working with internal Product team to prepare business plans for new initiatives and execute partnership strategies in robotics and drone delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the robotics and drone delivery industries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners, industry experts, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate the potential of new partnerships and collaborations, assessing their strategic fit and possible impact on the company.
• Design and propose innovative partnership strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.
• Prepare detailed business plans for new initiatives, including budget forecasts, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership strategies and new initiatives effectively.
• Monitor the progress of new initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure success and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Present findings and progress to senior management and key stakeholders, providing insightful recommendations and updates.
• Stay informed of technological advancements and regulatory changes that may affect the company’s strategic directions in robotics and drone delivery.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in a strategic role, preferably within the robotics, drone delivery, or related tech industries.
• Strong background in market analysis, partnership development, and business planning.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, capable of leading projects and teams with a strategic and analytical approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Adept at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Critical thinker with a keen analytical mind that thrives in solving complex problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with the technical and regulatory landscape of the robotics and drone industries is highly advantageous.
