About the Team

The Business Analyst will be part of the infrastructure team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to successfully manage special projects. The Business Analyst will be working with internal Product team to achieve Company objectives and manage external partners, bringing new solutions to improve and accelerate business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage special projects, including but not limited to, building a drone delivery business and implementing robotics into our vessels.
• Demonstrate comfort and capability in navigating uncharted territories, embracing accountability for project success.
• Undertake tasks that showcase innovation and exemplify the art of the possible to inspire the entire company.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure suitability for product launches.
• Collaborate with city permitting departments to process applications and secure permits promptly.
  
• Efficiently manage the placement of purchase orders for project milestones and maintain daily updates in our collaboration boards.
• Be prepared for travel, which can include both within the city and across different cities, depending on the project's requirements.
• Simultaneously manage multiple project milestones to ensure successful execution.
• Adhere to established procedures for PO placement (e.g., vessels, small ware, etc.) and regularly update the Project Management tool to maintain visibility.
• Provide estimates of key project milestone dates for use by cross-functional teams in their in-market operation planning.
• Oversee and project manage various activities, demonstrating a strong ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while ensuring the successful execution of projects.
• Engage and manage both internal and external stakeholders across diverse projects with varying scopes, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
• Complete necessary admin work including but not limited to permit applications, market research, enablement surveys and vendor management.
• Utilize financial and data analytical skills to review and assess project proposals.
