The Role: Senior IT Helpdesk/Network Analyst The Senior IT Helpdesk/Network Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, managing the network infrastructure, and overseeing the facility's day-to-day operations. The candidate must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and work well in a team environment. What you’ll do: - Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
- Manage and maintain the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain inventory of all IT and facility-related equipment, including procurement and disposal of equipment.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
- Assist in the development and delivery of IT training to end-users.
- Monitor and maintain the security of the network infrastructure and systems.
- Manage employee facility access protocols.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and supplies.
- Ensure the facility's day-to-day operations run smoothly, including monitoring office security systems, and managing IT supplies.
- Assist with equipment provisioning and shipping, including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Assisting with building and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Responding to urgent maintenance calls during and after hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring: - Associates degree (with 5+ years of experience) or Bachelor's degree (with 3+ years of experience) in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk / Network Analyst, and Facility Coordinator.
- Experience with SaaS applications or ERP systems desirable
- Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with ITIL, network security, and disaster recovery planning.
What else? - This is a full-time position. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
