Step into a leadership role as a Tech Lead – Cloud Platform Engineer, where you will balance hands-on engineering with strategic guidance. You will lead technical execution, shape roadmap decisions, and influence how platforms scale across the organization — paving the way toward engineering management roles.
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

- Lead engineering efforts for platform features while aligning to long-term strategy.
- Architect reusable organizational automation workflows using Portal and Terraform.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for initiatives spanning multiple teams.
- Drive alignment on CI/CD standards, golden paths, and platform governance.
- Balance hands-on plugin development and mentorship responsibilities.
- Review architecture proposals and contribute to roadmap prioritization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with security and DevOps.
- Translate business requirements into actionable engineering plans.
- Guide the team in adopting best practices in reliability, observability, and security.
- Help develop future technical leads by coaching and supporting talent growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development and AWS.
- Expert in Typescript, React and GraphQL.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect – Professional.
