The Opportunity:
This is a high-impact role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Reporting directly to our VP of GTM Strategy & Operations, you'll shape critical aspects of Kandji’s go-to-market motion—ranging from sales strategy and compensation design to overarching business planning—directly influencing both revenue and operational efficiency.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, excels at analytical problem-solving, and is eager to make a tangible impact by rolling up their sleeves on deep data projects. At the same time, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Marketing, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that will define Kandji’s next phase of growth. This visibility and direct access to senior stakeholders will enable you to drive meaningful change at both the tactical and executive levels.

What You'll Do

  • Own analytics & insights – Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, optimize performance, and drive strategic decisions across sales, revenue, and GTM functions
  • Drive strategic planning – Partner with leadership to develop and refine key business strategies, leveraging data to support decision-making
  • Optimize sales performance – Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and segmentation to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Compensation & incentives – Play a key role in designing and refining sales compensation structures that align with business objectives and drive performance
  • Be hands-on with data – Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track KPIs, provide real-time insights, and improve business predictability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and other key teams to drive alignment and execution on strategic initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, sales operations, or finance, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Expert-level analytical skills – Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mode) with the ability to manipulate large datasets and derive meaningful insights
  • Strategic mindset – Proven ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes
  • Sales strategy & planning experience – Understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, sales productivity, and territory design
  • Compensation experience – Strong grasp of sales compensation design, incentive structures, and commission modeling
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management – Ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights and effectively engage with senior leaders
  • A hands-on approach – Willingness to get deep into the numbers while also keeping a strategic lens on the bigger picture
