The Opportunity
A GTM Engineer is a technical expert who develops and implements AI-powered go-to-market solutions. They design systems and tools that make Sales, Marketing, and CS faster and smarter by automating workflows, enriching data, and enabling personalized engagement at scale. This role is essential for organizations looking to leverage technology to identify ideal customers, craft personalized messaging, and provide timely research to sales teams.
As Kandji’s first dedicated GTM Engineer, you’ll create internal tools and apps to automate revenue processes, ensure integrations are reliable, secure, and well-documented, build intelligent retrieval systems, and scale prototypes into production.
This is a builder role. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our GTM departments to prioritize projects, experiment rapidly, and deliver automations that compound over time across multiple functions.
Must be able to work onsite Monday-Friday in our Coral Gables office.
What You'll Do
- Build internal tools and orchestration layers to eliminate manual processes across Sales, Marketing, and CS
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success leadership to identify, prioritize, and run high-impact workflow experiments
- Design and maintain integrations between Kandji’s GTM systems and third-party platforms
- Develop AI/LLM-powered automations (e.g., lead scoring, transcript summarization, outbound personalization)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Own monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of GTM workflows
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in GTM Engineering or similar technical roles in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and frameworks like React/Next.js
- Hands-on experience with n8n (or Zapier/Workato/Tray) as an orchestration engine
- Experience administering and customizing HubSpot CRM
- Familiarity with modern GTM tools (DealHub, Apollo, Clay, Notion, Sales Navigator)
- Comfort working with APIs and integrations—designing, building, and troubleshooting
- Experience deploying AI/LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Grok, Claude) into workflows or internal tools
- Hand-on experience with data warehouses and reverse ETL (Snowflake, dbt, Hightouch, Census)
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging frameworks (Datadog, Sentry)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for ownership—you take ideas from concept to delivery
- Excellent communication skills to partner with non-technical stakeholders
