The Opportunity
Kandji is looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator to execute and create engaging, impactful content across all Kandji properties. You’ll be hands-on in developing a variety of content types, from social media posts and blog articles to email campaigns and sales collateral. In this role, you’ll also contribute to the growth of the Kandji brand by strategizing and testing new platforms, channels, and content formats. This is a unique opportunity to be both a content creator and a growth-focused marketer in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The right candidate is someone who doesn’t feel fulfilled unless you're creating. Writing, recording, editing, etc., you often feel you're at your best when you're producing creative work. You take pride in your editing skills. People often come to you to look over important writing before it's finalized.
How you will make a difference day to day
- Create and publish content across Kandji’s digital properties, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, ads, and sales collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that supports key campaigns, product launches, and business objectives.
- Work with design and product teams to ensure content is visually compelling and aligned with Kandji’s brand standards.

- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to manage content production and publishing schedules.
- Track and analyze content performance across all channels, using insights to optimize future campaigns and initiatives.
- Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform and inspire new content ideas.
- Partner with the sales team to create materials that support their outreach efforts, such as case studies, one-pagers, and presentations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas for campaigns, platform-specific content, and new growth opportunities.
Minimum qualifications
