#About the Role

We are looking for an International B2B Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-impact projects with corporate and government partners across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. You will manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.

#Main Responsibilities

• Manage international B2B and B2G projects end-to-end, from initial planning to delivery, across multiple regions.
  
• Coordinate and align internal teams (Product, Education, Operations, HR, Finance) and external stakeholders (subject matter experts, instructors, students) to deliver projects successfully.
  
• Recruit, onboard, and manage external service providers as needed for project execution.
  
• Monitor and enhance stakeholder satisfaction across customers, teachers, and students throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Track project specifications, timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring delivery according to agreed objectives.
  
• Act as the primary customer liaison, building strong relationships to support project success and renewal opportunities.
  
• Develop, document, and refine processes to improve project delivery efficiency and quality.
  

#Profile Requirements

• Proven experience managing international B2B and/or B2G projects.
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
  
• Experience in budget tracking, KPI monitoring, and process improvement.
  
• Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments.
  
• Comfortable with customer-facing responsibilities and managing project renewals.
  
• Fluent both in English & Spanish.
