The role
As founding engineer, you'll own the technical foundation — architecting core systems, shipping the first product, and shaping engineering culture. You'll work directly with the founders and have outsized influence on product and technical direction. 

What you'll do

• Design and build ML-powered features end to end, from model integration to production infrastructure

• Own architecture decisions across the stack

• Ship fast, iterate with early users, and set the bar for engineering quality

• Help recruit and grow the founding team

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on AI/ML work (LLMs, model fine-tuning, ML pipelines, or applied ML products)

• Strong full-stack or backend skills 

• Track record of shipping in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — startup experience a plus

• Based in Miami or willing to relocate
