Lead Product Designer

We are seeking a thoughtful, experienced Lead Product Designer to own and elevate the design and user experience of our digital platforms. This role will lead all product design and UX initiatives and partner closely with executive leadership to shape the future of our technology and user experience.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, designing intuitive solutions, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute UX/UI design across all digital products, ensuring intuitive and user-centered experiences.
• Partner closely with leadership, product, and engineering to translate complex clinical and operational workflows into effective design solutions.
• Own the full design lifecycle, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
• Establish and maintain design standards and systems to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently to stakeholders and leadership.
• Help build scalable design processes and contribute to the future growth of the design function.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, workflow design, and user-centered solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product managers and developers in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant user experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar modern design tools.
• Experience developing or contributing to design systems and maintaining visual consistency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership.
