Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer with expertise in mobile app development using Flutter or Ionic frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our mobile application, contributing to the advancement of pediatric emergency care standards globally.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy mobile applications. There is an opportunity to work on our SaaS platform as well.

● Review high-level product requirements for technical feasibility, estimate work and make technical recommendations

● Write documentation, understand application features, ensure testing is completed and issues are documented.

● Implement intuitive user interfaces and interactive features for optimal user experience.

● Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.

● Contribute to automated testing suites.

● Perform code reviews.

● Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in mobile app development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

● As a valued team member, you will bring ideas forward to refine processes.

Required Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer with a focus on application security.

● Strong understanding of mobile app development best practices and design patterns

● Strong proficiency in Flutter, Ionic (with Angular), or other cross-platform mobile app development frameworks.

● Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, TypeScript and responsive design principles.

● Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.

● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

● Effective written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

● Proficiency in backend development with Node.js

● Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, MongoDB)

● RESTful APIs development.

● Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related applications.

● Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
