Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time

Who We Are: Pediatric Emergency Standards Inc. is the innovator of the award-winning Handtevy Pediatric Resuscitation System. The Handtevy System is a fully integrated, cloud based work flow management software program for pre-hospital (EMS) and hospital healthcare providers to be used to treat the critically ill or injured pediatric patient. We empower healthcare providers to rapidly and accurately respond to emergent calls with ease while reducing medical error and improving quality of care for all patients.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Understand business needs to elaborate on the product vision, communicating it effectively.
• Champion the product, define clear goals, and drive strategies for customer value.
• Learn and understand customer needs, providing support to internal teams and customers.
• Be the voice of the customer within the development team, engaging in user research.
• Collaborate with teams for go-to-market activities, ensuring user adoption and measuring utility.
• Create product specifications, including wireframes, workflows, and user stories.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal procedures.
• This role may encompass various additional tasks or projects as determined to be appropriate by your direct supervisor or other leaders as the need arises.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience for Web and Mobile apps or SaaS solutions.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (SCRUM or KANBAN).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and User Story Writing.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of driving projects to successful completion.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product Management experience in Health Care.
• Experience working on SaaS solutions.
• Understanding of UX and UI principles.
• Technical background in development or automation.
