We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (PMO) to lead program and project management across multiple core products. You’ll be the single point of accountability for planning, execution, and reporting, driving alignment across teams without direct reports of developers or QAs. Success in this role requires strong PMO expertise, experience in scaled agile (SAFE-lite), and ideally Release Train Engineer (RTE) responsibilities.
What You Will do

Strategic & Tactical Planning
- Lead yearly, quarterly, and sprint planning sessions across multiple product lines.
- Monitor the product initiatives across multiple engineering teams. Ensure alignment with business priorities and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive road mapping, execution planning, and alignment with product, engineering, QA, and leadership stakeholders.
- Coordinate release cycles and milestone deliveries to ensure readiness and quality.
- Proactively escalate blockers, risks, or resource needs; drive timely solutions and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Remove hurdles and facilitate quick issue resolution across teams and functions.
- Develop and manage detailed project and sprint plans, schedules, and execution timelines.
- Analyze operational and program data to generate actionable insights, share learnings, and recommend improvements for continuous optimization.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain process documentation, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Track progress, KPIs, and status updates; deliver concise, targeted communication to leadership and stakeholders.
- Leverage JIRA, eazyBI, and other reporting tools to provide visibility, tracking, and data-driven insights.
- Influence without authority, building strong relationships across product, engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources.
- Partner with leadership to continuously optimize processes and delivery models.
- Apply AI-powered tools and methodologies to enhance planning, reporting, and decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI GPT or similar technologies is a strong plus, particularly for generating PMO reports, automating documentation, or analyzing delivery metrics.
Who You Are

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle competing priorities
7+ years of project/program management experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Proven success managing multiple complex product initiatives simultaneously.
Strong experience in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or SAFe-lite); RTE background a strong plus.
Expert in JIRA, eazyBI, and related PMO tools.
Demonstrated ability to create, track, and report on KPIs and operational metrics.
Familiarity with AI tools and practices in project management is highly desirable.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred.
