We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager for PowerAccred, our Accreditation Process Management platform designed for Public Safety, Healthcare, and more. In this critical role, you will drive the strategic vision and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring that PowerAccred becomes the market’s leading Accreditation process management platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, operations, and sales—you will deliver innovative solutions that enhance compliance, streamline workflows, and support the vital work of public safety professionals. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that our platform remains competitive, user-friendly, and scalable.

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for PowerAccred, aligning with company objectives and the needs of public safety professionals.

  • Continuously assess product performance, gather customer feedback, and adjust the strategy to address emerging trends and challenges in the public safety sector.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams—including engineering, design, operations, and customer support—to ensure that PowerAccred addresses user needs and industry standards.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer in all product discussions, advocating for features and improvements that enhance the user experience for public safety professionals.

• Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting public safety and policy management.

  • Analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation within PowerAccred.

• Product Development Leadership:

  • Lead the product development process from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, develop user stories, and set acceptance criteria.

  • Utilize knowledge of workflow engines, case management, and document management tools to enhance product capabilities.

• Customer Engagement & Feedback Integration:

  • Engage directly with public safety customers to understand their challenges, workflows, and requirements.

  • Prioritize product enhancements based on customer feedback to ensure the platform effectively supports their critical missions.

• Compliance & Regulatory Management:

  • Stay informed about laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting public safety and policy management.

  • Work with legal and compliance teams to incorporate necessary updates into the product, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for PowerAccred.

  • Monitor product performance, analyze data for insights, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Report on product performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

• Go-to-Market Strategy Execution:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new features and enhancements.

  • Ensure that product messaging resonates with public safety professionals and drives adoption.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Mentor and support junior product managers and team members.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and professional development.

• Analytical with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Aha!, or similar platforms.

• Experience:

  • 7-10 years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS environments.

  • Preferably experienced with public safety or healthcare accreditation, document management systems, and workflow engines.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of enterprise software platforms and the unique needs of public safety organizations.

  • Passionate about supporting public safety professionals and improving their workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with policy management platforms or in the public safety sector.

• Experience in Healthcare or Public Safety Accreditation

• Familiarity with integrating software solutions with other enterprise systems.

• Proven track record of launching successful enterprise SaaS products.
