This position is based in our Draper, UT office. For candidates residing outside of Utah, the expectation is to travel onsite to the Draper office once a month.

We are currently seeking a Revenue Training & Readiness Specialist to design, deliver, and report on the effectiveness of general revenue training programs across NEOGOV, NEOED, and PowerDMS. This blended role combines the instructional design and facilitation skills of a Learning & Development Specialist with the operational rigor of a Sales Enablement Specialist.

This role is the engine of sales readiness: ensuring every revenue team member — whether selling NEOGOV’s HR suite, NEOED’s higher ed solutions, or PowerDMS’s compliance platform or supporting Revenue team members — is confident, capable, and customer-ready. By blending training delivery and program management, you’ll ensure our Revenue team isn’t just learning, they’re performing. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new revenue team members, running general revenue training programs, and helping to ensure that our revenue teams are truly “ready” - not just trained - through assessments, certifications, and performance tracking.


What You Will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding program, including curriculum design, facilitation, and measurement of new hire/promotion readiness.

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and design role-specific training initiatives (AEs, SDR/ADRs, AMs, SEs).

  • Assist leadership with creation & fully manage certifications and readiness programs to ensure Revenue Team members can apply what they’ve learned.

  • Build and maintain role-based learning paths within our Revenue tech stack, driving consistent adoption across the rev org.

  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions that blend product, process, and sales methodology.

  • Track and report training effectiveness using metrics like time-to-first-deal, certification pass rates, and manager feedback.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, & Operations t to ensure training aligns with business goals.

  • Continuously update and evolve content to reflect new products, processes, and market dynamics.

  • Designs & deliver engaging, adult-learning–based training programs, both in person & virtually with confidence and professionalism.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs at once within a fast-paced environment . Keeps programs on time, on scope, and aligned to sales goals.

  • Can-do, creative spirit, with a strong focus on exceptional customer and internal partner service

  • Strong communicator who can build trust with Sales Leadership and sellers/SE through credibility and partnership.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to suggest changes & tie training initiatives that drive revenue performance.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an in office/hybrid/remote revenue team across all US/US Territory time zones


What You Have


  • 3+ years of experience in revenue training, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a SaaS or B2B sales environment.

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, able to engage both new hires and experienced revenue team members

  • Experience designing and managing structured training programs with measurable outcomes.

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and assessment methods. Proficiency with common enablement tech stack platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ClickUp, Gong) and other virtual training delivery tools.

  • Preference for understanding of NEOGOV, NEOED, and PowerDMS solutions to teach sellers/SEs how to position products within public sector, higher ed, and compliance-driven markets.


Essential Functions

  • Ability to keep up with continuous learning through self-education

  • Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time while typing/reading/listening

  • Organization of work, time and thoughts

  • Ability to travel locally, regionally or nationally, minimum of 4 times a year.

  • If working from home, access to reliable high speed wifi & video streaming for prolonged periods of time
