Role Overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of Navigator Services projects. In this role, you will manage client support tickets, prioritize tasks, schedule Navigator team availability, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will also track client subscription usage and coordinate resources across multiple concurrent initiatives — all while maintaining a focus on exceeding client expectations.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing digital marketing or martech projects, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe and third-party tools.
Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end management of client service requests using Jira Service Management

Schedule and assign tasks via Jira, ensuring alignment with project priorities and Navigator team capacity

Track and report time against client subscription plans using Tempo Timesheets

Monitor delivery progress and ensure clients receive timely, high-quality support

Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations, project status updates, and timeline adjustments

Ensure Navigator availability aligns with client needs and planned hours

Collaborate across internal teams to optimize resource allocation and delivery flow

Continuously improve project workflows, communication, and process efficiency
Required Experience

8+ years of project management experience supporting digital marketing, AEM, or martech-related services

Strong working knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Tempo Timesheets

Experience coordinating across distributed teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Proven ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple deadlines

Excellent communication skills — verbal and written — with a focus on service and accountability

High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and data-driven decision-making

Experience managing technical or creative project teams delivering martech or CMS solutions

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products and marketing automation platforms

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, or equivalent)
