Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager on behalf of this Specialty Food & Beverage Company. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will own and drive the digital product roadmap, focusing on CRM, eCommerce, and community engagement platforms. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to implement scalable, high-impact digital solutions. Reporting directly to the CTO and alignment with the C-Suite, this role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to execution
- Develop and implement CRM, loyalty programs, and community-driven platforms.
- Oversee Salesforce (CRM), Shopify (eCommerce), and NetSuite (ERP) integrations.
- Collaborate with business, sales, and marketing teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
- Integrate AI, automation, and business intelligence solutions for future scalability.
- Ensure best-in-class user experiences that align with the company’s brand-driven philosophy.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in digital product management or senior project management.
- Experience with SaaS, digital agencies, or eCommerce platforms.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
