Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Operations Manager role at Faireez. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficiency in service delivery. This role is located in Miami, FL with the possibility of some work from home.
Role Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage the site supervisor and team, fostering collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Innovate and implement processes to elevate service standards, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Customer Support: Address escalations and resolve issues swiftly, providing a seamless customer experience.
- Problem Solving: Tackle operational challenges in real time, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property management companies, driving satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Budget Oversight: Manage site budgets, team capacity, and inventory logistics, including supplies and branded materials.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor schedules, address inefficiencies, and prepare for future operational demands.
- Reporting & Strategy: Work closely with the Director of Operations and COO to analyze key metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
Role Qualifications/Skills
- Experience: 2-3 years in operations, customer service, or a similar field (required).
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in property management, housekeeping, premium hospitality, or similar industries (advantage).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (required). Fluent in Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Residence: Reside in the greater Miami area (required). Not relevant for out-of-state candidates.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction rates.
- Tech oriented: Ability to use mobile applications and communicate with technical staff
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
Additional Considerations
- Ensure team readiness, including schedule optimization and material availability.
- Maintain communication with building management to address logistics, rules, and operational concerns.
- Engage with fairies to ensure their satisfaction, prevent absenteeism, and support their professional growth.
