What You’ll Do:
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee all technology requirements, including managing existing infrastructure and designing/implement the future IT landscape. This person will analyze current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of network maintenance, experience as a manager, and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge providing the most secure platform. The IT manager will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of operations and a long-term impact on overall growth. Managing a small team, reporting directly to the CFO, this person will create the necessary environment to help the team grow and utilize IT for the benefit of the IT client base.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities also include:
· Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
· Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative.
· Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
· Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
· Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
· Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
· Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions.
· Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.
· Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs.
· Manage and grow a team of IT Support personnel.
· Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed.
· Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
What You’ll Bring:
Must Haves:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
· Proven track record of managing a multi-site organization.
· Deep knowledge of O365, Windows Server, SAN/NAS storage systems, networking (Cisco/Netgear), firewalls (SonicWall/Firebox), VPN, Datto, Veeam
· Professional/Product certification

If you are hired, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location. In addition to those factors – our client believes in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of the current team members as a part of any final offer. The full base salary for this position is $130,000 -$145,000.
