About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team and help develop and bring our brand to life across campaigns, launches, and digital channels. You must have absolute mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and be able to use Figma as well. You’ll design and execute everything from pitch decks to social posts to landing pages, making sure every touchpoint feels cohesive and on-brand.

What you’ll work on

• Campaign visuals: social, email, paid ads.
• Presentation design for pitches, partnerships, and product launches.
• Ensure alignment between external campaigns and in-product storytelling.
• Create, maintain and evolve our brand guidelines and keep assets fresh.
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds while upholding quality.

Knowledge and skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing elevated, multi-channel design (web, social, campaigns, and ideally some product launch design work).
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to design in Figma (bonus points for motion/video).
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Ability to bring a brand story to life through visuals.
• Social-savvy: you know what works well on Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond.
• Collaborative mindset, excellent at working and communicating across marketing, sales and product.
• Impeccable time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design.
• Experience designing for campaigns and/or product launches (Startups, SaaS, Tech, D2C preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred, not required).

Bonus Points for

• Experience designing for startups/tech.
• Motion/animation or video editing skills.
• Copywriting skills to help campaigns drive engagement.
• Webflow capabilities
