Job Summary

eMed Screen is looking for an experienced VP, Unions to accelerate customer growth and lead the commercial strategy at our high growth startup. This role will be responsible for positioning and driving market segment growth and demand. Further, this role defines and communicates the value proposition via a variety of channels, primarily focused on B2B with particular focus on the Unions vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and establish contact with unions that may be interested in our products or services through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to provide additional information and discover upsell opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct successful meetings with potential clients to present eMed Screen capabilities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and progress, including updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and managing tasks and deadlines.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales efforts, such as preparing proposals and contracts. Coordination with Product, IT and Finance continually to assure alignment and deliverables are well communicated.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B selling and customer acquisition experience, preferably within a healthcare or human resources related product atmosphere.
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue growth and engagement through effective C-Suite selling and networking in this segment/vertical.
  • Powerful negotiation and closing capabilities with a consistent record of tremendous success among peer group or industry.
  • Energized by a fast-pace, high-growth, rapidly changing environment full of new challenges with demonstrated ability to think strategically, see the big picture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate powerfully both externally and internally.
  • Solid knowledge of basic Microsoft Office/Google Suite products and support system functionality to include Salesforce, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Proven ability to juggle many tasks, move forward in ambiguous situations, and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
