A publicly traded BDC and specialty finance leader specializing in venture-growth capital for high-growth, VC-backed technology companies is seeking a top-performing Senior Analyst to join its Technology Investment Team.

This role offers direct deal exposure in underwriting and portfolio management, evaluating and financing high-growth, venture-backed technology companies. It is a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial analysis, diligence, and valuation without a business development component.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior investment professionals to conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis on prospective technology investments
• Assess company financials, operational performance, and industry positioning to identify opportunities and risks
• Support ongoing portfolio management by maintaining relationships with management teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with reporting and financial covenants
• Prepare presentations and investment materials for internal committees and senior leadership
• Contribute to business development efforts by building and strengthening sponsor, client, and partner relationships
• Provide strategic analytical support across a variety of high-impact projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required
• 2-3 years of work experience as an Investment Banking Analyst in Technology or Private Credit
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial statements including allocation of overhead expenses, asset and inventory accounting and valuation methodologies
