A mid-sized alternative asset manager is looking to bring on an HRBP at a Director-level to work directly with the employee population in its Direct Lending strategy. This position will work primarily on employee relations, working with leadership, assisting with compensation cycles and reviews, strategic planning with leadership on employee engagement, and workforce management, while also handling some light talent duties specifically for the Direct Lending team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in HR, specifically in an HRBP function. Prior experience in credit or an alternative asset manager is required.
