One of our highly reputable Alternative Asset Management clients is currently seeking to add a Senior Analyst for their Real Estate (Secondaries) Valuations/Investment Team. Ideal candidate will join a growing team working very closely with Firms' Front-Office, Investment Professionals, Senior Management Team and Asset Management group.

Job description/Responsibilities

• Provide investment valuation analysis for firms' various investment portfolios
• Design and / or validation of existing valuation models for hard to value assets
• Complete theoretical trade scenarios upon request
• Implement internal valuation models for Real Estate: Debt and Equity related investments
• Complete ad-hoc portfolio analysis for Global Head of Valuations
• Perform Stress-testing on various Valuation and Risk related portfolio holdings (structured products)
• Provide risk analysis and oversight for the securitized products investment portfolio
• Collaborate with senior management, portfolio managers, traders, credit analysts, and Trading/Risk Professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related degree
• CPA/MBA or CFA not required (preferred)
• 2+ of experience modeling financial products: structured securities (DCF)
• Experience in building highly complex valuation models in MS Excel
• 2+ years M&A and/or Valuations experience
• Asset management experience strongly preferred
