Our client, an alternative asset manager in Midtown NYC, is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for investor servicing — including reporting, inquiries, data analytics work, and internal relationship management.

This person will sit out of the Midtown office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise when handling escalations which include, AML/KYC, account opening, dividend payments, general investor servicing and escalations of a regulatory or compliance nature.
• Partner with transfer agent and investor relations team members to ensure a superior client experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience
