Our client is Global Real Estate Firms with a phenomenal environment, role reports to SVP, Controller and CAO. Role works with Dept heads, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Operators, and Head of the Business.

This individual will lead financial reporting team and be a business partner to their Finance, tax and treasury;

Responsible Include:

• Lead and drive Internal and external SEC reporting including preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and footnotes
• Will manage external auditor coordination and internal stakeholders
• Review and manage SEC Filings including Quarterly and Annual Reviews
• Assist Acquisitions Team with Revenue Sales Cycle
• Work directly with Legal, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Asset Operations teams to ensure alignment and integrity of financial reporting.
• Any ad-hoc technical accounting memos

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Economic and or Accounting is needed.
• 12+ years of Public Accounting and or working at a publicly trade company is needed
• REIT Experience is Needed along with Strong GAAP, Technical Accounting, and SEC Reporting Experience is needed
• CPA is preferred
