As the firm continues to experience significant growth, it is seeking a skilled Finance Operations Manager to join its finance team. This high-impact role will optimize billing processes, enhance revenue reporting, and collaborate with legal and finance leadership to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee billing, collections, and revenue management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with firm policies.
• Develop and implement best practices for revenue reporting, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly revenue reports for the entire practice division, providing critical insights to senior leadership.
• Track and analyze key revenue and collections metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to optimize financial systems, streamline workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Act as the primary liaison between the finance team and legal practice groups, fostering alignment on revenue goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in finance management, billing, and collections within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency in law firm billing systems (experience with Aderant, Elite, or similar platforms is a plus).
• Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, financial analysis).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with partners, attorneys, and finance leadership.
