Our client is a Top Tier Consumer Services Firm in Irving, TX seeking a Controller level professional, reporting to the CFO. Responsible for the day to day Financial Accounting Reporting of their business, managing a small team. This professional with Drive this function working with their Sales, Operations, FP&A, Legal, and M&A Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Financial Reporting Accounting transactions related to general ledger and financial reporting.
• Run and manage annual audit.
• Play an active role in evaluating, developing, implementing and documenting new accounting policies and procedures to respond to changes.
• Assist in completion of Tax filings working with outside CPA firm.
• Monitor and review all accounting processes to ensure controls.
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for accurate and timely analysis of financial data, ensuring best practices.
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting of financial results, and undertakes other special projects as requested by the CFO, VP and SVP of Finance.
• Take ownership of financials and adheres to deadlines.
• Forecast, monitor and track cash flow reports while identifying and evaluating variances.
• Manager and supervise accounting staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must, Master's is a plus, CPA needed.
• Minimum twelve (15) years accounting experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, demonstrating comprehensive accounting and technical skills.
• Strong analytical skills. Ability to develop and analyze variances.
