We’re looking for a Executive Technology Support Engineer to join our team and deliver exceptional, high-touch IT support to our executive leadership and end users. This individual will serve as a trusted technology partner to C-level executives - ensuring seamless operations, handling complex technical issues with discretion, and elevating the overall support experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver personalized, hands-on support for executives, resolving hardware and software issues independently
  • Troubleshoot and maintain AV systems for meetings and presentations (Polycom, ClickShare, etc.)
  • Support both Windows and Mac environments, along with mobile platforms (iOS/iPadOS)
  • Manage incident response, escalating when necessary and ensuring quick resolution
  • Ensure operational compliance with internal SLAs, SOC1, and security protocols
  • Maintain technical documentation, system routines, and support processes
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and present performance reports to leadership
  • Assist with infrastructure, application updates, and deployment rollouts
  • Oversee turnover documentation and ensure system readiness for production
  • Act as a liaison across technical teams, coordinating updates and best practices

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of hands-on IT support experience, including 3+ years supporting C-level executives
  • In-depth expertise in Windows 11 environments and desktop application support

Experience with enterprise tools such as:

  • Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Exchange Admin Center
  • Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Intune, Endpoint Central
  • Zscaler, Okta, BitLocker
  • Mobile device management (iPhone/iPad), AV setups, remote support tools
