Our client is a leading global real estate investor is looking to add a Real Estate Investment Associate to their growing team. This role will work across the capital stack and is highly technical in nature.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze potential investments & provide recommendations
• Create/enhance financial underwriting models
• Perform due diligence for assets and markets
• Present findings to senior leadership
• Special projects as they come up

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate or Investment Banking
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Excellent written/oral communications

This role is 5 days in office in NYC.
