Coda is working with a large, top-tier law firm. This firm has employees in the thousands and is hiring a new HRIS Coordinator to work with the Director of Compensation directly. This is a collegial and down to earth team that works collaboratively across business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS systems
  • Keep and maintain employee records and make necessary changes as needed - such as hires, promos, transfers and terminations
  • Test and manage the performance management system and compensation planning
  • Handle employee inquiries, especially from other departments in need of HR data
  • Manage the firm T&A system, and set up new employee schedules
  • Train new hires and new managers on the HRIS system and required functions
  • Handle salary adjustments on the off-cycle
  • Update presentations as employee data changes
  • Assist with year end performance reviews, bonus planning, salary adjustments and promotions
  • Develop and update HR guides and training materials for the HRIS
  • Ad hoc projects

Responsibilities:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HRIS role or HR Operations working with an HRIS
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Familiarity with ATS systems such as Taleo or Greenhouse
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or ADP
